Pricing & Payments

• Quotes are based on customer-provided details.
• Extra items or changes may result in additional charges.
• Payment terms are communicated before execution.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information.
• Disclose fragile or restricted items in advance.
• Ensure site accessibility at both locations.

Liability & Insurance

We handle goods with utmost care. Transit insurance is available upon request. Liability is limited to declared value as per agreement.

Delays & Force Majeure

Delays caused by traffic, weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen events shall not result in liability.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
